I started as a salesperson in Sokos Helsinki, in women's footwear department and in home-decor department. After i started studying i applied an internship as a Sales and service manager and i got the job. As a SSM i am responsible of my departments sales persons and of the quality of service and succeeding in sales. My job is to coach and encourage the employees to better results and help them to fulfill the given and personal goals. The most important part of SSM's work is to be a team member on the field with the employees, showing an example and by that enhancing labor productivity. After my internship i continued to work as a sales person but also randomly as a SSM.
Last Christmas i was in charge of the department store's gift wrapping point. The job included building the point, training the employees, managing the routines and shifts and also involving in gift wrapping and customer service. After i got home back fro Paris, i continued to work as a sales and service manager, also taking responsibility of the department store's monetary system.

I was responsible of my stores visual face, also working as store manager’s right hand. Me and the other visual merchandises communicated weekly and shared our visions and success. Selling and customer service were the main functions and in Ecco i improved my sales skills remarkably. Before applying a job from Sokos, i worked couple of years in two different small companies, concentrating in interior design.

I started as a summer worker and quickly got a part time job as a sales person. In Pentik i learned first steps of customer service and visual merchandising. Store management, daily routines as stock controlling, orders and selling became familiar. In 2013 i got a fixed term contract as a store manager. As a store manager i had a profit responsibility and three employees.
